Mutual Exchange form Exchange partner details

This form asks for information about you and the people who live with you.

If you’re applying for a Mutual Exchange, both you and your exchange partner must complete an online application form.

We’ll only accept the exchange once we’ve checked that both parties meet our eligibility rules. If you are an Assured Shorthold Tenant, you won’t be able to exchange your tenancy.

Important: If the exchange involves more than two homes (a circle), everyone taking part must fill in their own online application. You must also email us at info@regenda.org.uk or send a message through the portal, including the addresses of all the homes involved in the exchange.
