An improved Regenda Homes website!
We recently carried out a review of our website to make sure that the information that’s important to our residents is up to date and easy to find.
As part of this, we reviewed all content and found that there were a total of 339 pages across the whole site. This contributed to an average page load time of 11.7 seconds, meaning that residents were having to wait to find what they were looking for.
The layout wasn't always clear, and it wasn't always easy to see how we were performing or how you could make a complaint. We also found that some forms wouldn't optimise to mobile devices.
What have we changed?
We deleted 207, improving page load time from 11.7 seconds to 1.08 seconds. We restructured the site, moving pages like 'performance' and 'get involved' to the top navigational bar. We optimised forms so that they load on mobile devices and added new forms, such as request a call back from our Income Team and provide feedback.
