Your voice is the most important in how we shape and deliver our services to make sure they reflect the needs of all our customers. To make sure we’re on track, we are preparing for a full review of our Group Corporate Plan and we want as many of our customers as possible to be a part in shaping what comes next.
What is a Group Corporate Plan?
Our Group Corporate Plan is our long-term strategy that sets out how we will deliver our purpose: ‘to regenerate places and create opportunities for people.’
What we want to know
It’s important we hear from as many customers as possible about what matters most to them. We will send you a survey asking key questions such as:

Where can we improve?

What should be our priorities for investment?

How well do we communicate and keep you informed?

Do our service standards meet your needs?
Why are we asking these questions?
Finding out what our customers value in our services help s us understand key areas we are doing well and where we need to focus on to do better.
How to get involved in the The Big Conversation
We want to make sure everyone has their voice heard in The Big Conversation, so there will be lots of different ways for people to get involved. This will include:

What are we going to do with the feedback?
Insights from all of the feedback given will shape the business plans written for Regenda in October 2025. By the end of the year , we will have a refreshed Group Corporate Plan with customer feedback at the heart of it. This will include clear commitments on what we will deliver and when.
This new plan will guide us for the next three years.
Keeping on track
We will keep checking in with customers to make sure we’re staying on track and keep making progress.
