Beautiful Bluebrook up for award
Bluebrook, developed by Redwing Living and constructed by M&Y Maintenance and Construction, is a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, and has been shortlisted by property magazine Inside Housing for best residential home development of under 70 homes.
Carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the village surroundings, the Bluebrook development has utilised red brick and stone detailing to emulate the existing properties in the area. The layout has also been influenced by the surrounding environment, making use of the river and open green spaces.
The site show home opened last month and plots have already been reserved by eager home buyers.
The Inside Housing Development Awards 2018 take place at The Brewery London on 29 November.
