Getting to know you better - Our Customer Census

We know that behind every front door is a story. And every home is different and special.   

When we have the right information about you and your home,  we   make decisions based on what you n eed, value and want from us as your landlord.  

When we know more about  you, your  neighbours  and communities , we can plan services that are effective   consider  reasonable adjustments  you might need to your home or services:  

  • Making repairs easier to book  

  • Planning events  that bring people and communities together  

  • Making sure everyone feels included.   

Why are we asking about this?  

We’re  doing a Customer Census, contacting you and  all of  our residents living in our homes.  

When we know our residents well, we can  make small, relevant changes to our services  and make re as onable  adjustments where  you need them.  

We’re  doing a customer census, with  Pexel a trusted partner and experts at customer service.  

The team at  Pexel  will be in touch via phone  to ask you for information that  will   help  us to   good job  for you – tailored to your life and circumstances.

What is a Census?  

A Customer Census is a survey of our customers and gives us a picture of all our households.

We understand these are personal questions.  By sharing  information   you we can  make sure our services are fair and inclusive for everyone.

What happens to the information I tell you?  

We will keep your data and information confidential. We will only use it to tailor the services we provide to you  and  make any change you  might  need.  

There are strict rules about how we use your data. Any information you share is safe and  won’t  be used for any other purpose  other  than to improve our services.  

This is all  in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

This census is one of the ways  we’re  listening to residents.  It’s  about building a clearer picture of our communities so we can serve them better.
