Give your views on the future plans for Marine View site
We are holding an open event to speak with the local community about its plans for the Marine View site following its demolition.
Extensive investigations had found that the current building was no longer economical to refurbish. As a result we won't be able to bring it up to the standard it expects so we have been looking at a number of options to replace it.
The open event will take place on Thursday 11 April at the North Euston Hotel from 3pm – 6pm.
At the event attendees will be able to view our plans and speak to staff about any queries they might have.
The proposed apartments will be available to over 55s at an affordable rent.
