IFF Research Calls - Please be open and honest

At Regenda Homes, we are keen to deliver the best possible service to our residents.
To help us do this we are working with a market research company called IFF Research.
IFF may contact you to find out what you think of us. They will ask questions about how you think we are doing as a landlord or about the services we provide you.
If you get a call, it will be from a London area code - 0203 148 7717.
Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary, but we do encourage you to give us your feedback and be open and honest so that we can use the results to improve the services that we provide to you.
The responses from the survey will not be shared with any other organisation or used for marketing purposes. The responses are treated in the strictest of confidence and responses will be treated anonymously.
Why is Regenda Homes doing satisfaction surveys?
We want to improve services to residents. We want to get sight of the things we get wrong and do more of the things we get right.
Who is IFF Research?
IFF currently completes satisfaction telephone surveys on behalf of Regenda Homes (e.g. complaints, a perception-based survey allowing tenants to give overall feedback on all our services).
IFF Research is a member of the Market Research Society, so they are bound under a strict code of conduct. IFF won’t ever ask for financial information or try to sell anything.
