Introducing WhatsApp: A new way to get in touch
We are now on WhatsApp! A brand-new way to get in touch with our Customer Services team.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes trying out how residents can use WhatsApp to talk to the team, and the trial was a great success. Residents and people interested in renting a home with us can now contact us directly via WhatsApp.
What is WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is a free messaging service, that allows to securely send messages and share images using the internet. It works as an alternative option for our customers to contact us, if they would prefer not to call. Customers can also send us images using WhatsApp, which will help us get a better understanding of their enquiry.
Why use WhatsApp?
On average, our customer service team can receive around 300 calls per day, and this can mean wait times are sometimes longer than we’d like.
We want people to be able to get in touch with us in a way that’s quick and easy. With WhatsApp you could have your query sorted quicker. Customers can simply send us a message, and someone in our team will respond.
How do I download WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is available to download on any Smartphone. Depending on the phone you have, you simply need to go to your phones built in app store, search “WhatsApp” in the search bar. Look for the app with the green icon, pictured below (this should be the first app that appears). Once you find it, simply click, Get/Install and this will download to your phone.

To get in touch with us on WhatsApp, simply text the number 0151 703 30 30. Our WhatsApp channel is monitored Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 3:30pm.
