New art deco-style homes in Fleetwood complete
Work has finished at Marine View, our stunning new art deco-style development on the Esplanade, Fleetwood.
Built by M&Y Maintenance and Construction for Regenda Homes, these 16 one and two bedroom apartments provide homes for affordable rent for residents aged over 55 who have a local connection to the area.

Standing on the site of the former 1930’s apartment building, Marine View reimagines the art deco-style of the original block, with beautiful dual aspect windows and Juliette balconies that look out across the estuary.
