M&Y appointed to Torus Development Framework
We are delighted to announce that M&Y Maintenance & Construction, a subsidiary of the Regenda Group, has become a named supplier on a four-year framework in partnership with affordable housing developer, Torus.
Torus is one of the biggest developers of affordable homes in the North West that strives to improve lives and build strong communities.
This four-year framework will enable M&Y to work closely with the Torus Development Team to support the construction of multiple new build projects across the North West. Torus’ development programme will see 5,300 new affordable homes by 2024.
