Neighbourhoods team spread Christmas cheer across Merseyside
Members of staff from our Merseyside Neighbourhoods Team have packed 100 food hampers, that will be handed out to Regenda Homes residents across the region in time for Christmas.
Hampers contain tasty festive treats, including cheese and crackers, Christmas pudding and custard, crisps, nuts, biscuits and more! They will be handed out to residents who have been nominated by our Financial Inclusion and Neighbourhood Team and to all new residents moving into one of our Merseyside properties in December.
Kev Short, Housing and Neighbourhood Services Team Leader, said: “The Merseyside team have been giving out Christmas hampers for a number of years now, and we work closely with our Financial Inclusion Team to identify residents who may need a little extra bit of festive cheer. We also understand how stressful it can be to move house at Christmas, so we want to give our new residents one less thing to worry about by providing some treats.”
