Regenda Homes is recruiting residents with a wide range of skills and experience to join our resident scrutiny panel.
The panel will work closely with Regenda Homes staff and Board members to review services and performance and suggest improvements.
Amanda Wait, Customer Experience Manager, said: “Full training will be given so don’t worry about having qualifications or experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic people who want work as part of a team to make a positive change to the way we do things.”
Members will meet once a month and carry out in-depth service reviews, looking at important areas of the business.
“It’s an exciting and varied voluntary role. One month you could be looking at policies, procedures and performance, and the next you could be shadowing staff and interviewing contractors,” Amanda explained.
In return, Regenda Homes will offer high quality training and cover expenses, including childcare and travel.
The closing date for applications is Friday 28 April 2017.
