Regenda Homes and Redwing, part of the Regenda Group, have been ranked 14th Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work for in The Sunday Times 100 top list.
This marks our third year being in the Top 15 companies recognised in the category, alongside continuing to feature in the 75 Best Companies to Work for in the North West.
In 2010, we received a Best Companies Ones to Watch special status award, showing promise for the future. Since then, our workplace engagement levels have meant we’ve stayed firmly in the Best Companies accredited list for the past 10 years.
Regenda was eligible for this year’s best not-for-profit list after our staff took part in an anonymous survey, which measured performance around employee wellbeing, development opportunities, the positive impact a company has on society and how staff feel about their colleagues.
The survey revealed that 82% of staff feel we create an environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
Chief Executive Michael Birkett said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be included in the Top 100 list once again. We invest heavily in our staff so to see the commitment of our people recognised in this prestigious award is incredible.
“To be featured so highly for a number of years is testimony to the excellent culture that our staff create across our organisations. It’s the contributions of our people that make Regenda such a great place to work.
“We are committed to maintaining and improving on this high achievement to ensure our staff continue to feel engaged with our organisation and are proud to be listed amongst so many other amazing companies.”
