Repairs appointment downtime
On Monday 30 April and Tuesday 1 May we will not be able to allocate any repairs appointments. This is due to us launching our new repairs system on Wednesday 2 May.
You will be able to report your repair during this time, but we will not be able to give you a date or time. A member of our team at M&Y Maintenance and Construction will call you back within five days of your call to arrange an appointment with you.
This will not affect our emergency repairs service. If you have an emergency repair during this time, please continue to call us on 0344 7360066.
We are introducing our new repairs system on Wednesday 2 May, which will provide a much more efficient service to our customers.
