A fresh start for Regenda Homes residents in a popular part of St Helens

Spring is in the air and it is a fresh start for Jeff and Pauline Roberts. The couple have become one of the first to move into Regenda Homes new development at Bramhall Mews in St Helens.

Mr and Mrs Roberts had been keen to downsize from their three bedroom home in nearby Thatto Heath. When they saw Bramhall Mews under construction, they knew they had found just what they were looking for.

“It’s perfect for us, in the right place and at a rent we can afford. The house is new, fresh, bright and clean and so much nicer than the one we’d been renting before.  We love it and I just know we are both going to be happy and settled her,” said Jeff who is a residential support worker.

All 23 of the two and three bedroom Regenda Homes properties at Bramhall Mews have already been allocated to people with a strong local connection to the area. Thirteen families have just moved in, more will collect their keys in April.

“It’s in a really lovely area. We’ve introduced ourselves to our new neighbours who seem really nice and we’re just enjoying settling in,” said Pauline.

The development is in the popular Eccleston area of St Helens which is enjoying significant investment and a mini housing boom.  Last year Regenda Homes completed work on 10 stylish one and two bedroom apartments in nearby Millfields Court.
