Stock condition letters to residents
If you are a Regenda resident, you may receive a letter to tell you that we have commissioned Michael Dyson Associates to do surveys of all our housing stock over the next 16 weeks. If you receive this letter, you can be confident that the work is genuine and the letter is from us.
If you receive a letter and your home needs a survey, please let them in when they call to carry it out. The information will help us plan future improvement work to your home.
The survey should take approximately 20-40 mins and will not disturb anything in your home. The surveys involve a brief inspection, looking at the outside of the property and at internal fixtures and systems to check their condition, maintenance needs and remaining life. The surveyor will also do a brief domestic energy assessment.
