Our online repairs reporting service is now open

From Monday 3rd August you’ll be able to report repairs through our online repairs reporting service.

To report your repair, login to My Regenda Homes customer portal and go to My Repairs. From here, you can report repairs for your home and communal areas.

We’ve made a number of improvements to our repairs reporting service during this time, and you can now choose your own date and time up to 30 days in advance.

Reporting your repair online is quick and easy. However, if your repair is an emergency, always call us as soon as possible on 0344 736 0066. Emergency repairs include loss of heating, loss of power or an uncontainable water leak.

Finally, if you’ve got any suggestions on how we could improve our repairs service to you, please go to your “My Feedback” page and send us an idea.
