Staying safe in your home
As your landlord, we have an obligation to ensure you are safe in your home.
By law, we must carry out an annual service and safety check of all the gas appliances in your home. This includes boilers, cookers and fires. With recent changes to regulations, we must now also ensure at least one smoke alarm is on each storey of your home, where there is a room used as living accommodation.

Your voice heard through music | Locked Away
At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, we took part on an incredible project, that aimed to capture the personal stories of people affected by lockdown.
Featuring musicians from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, charity, Music In Mind, interviewed one of our tenants, creating unique pieces of music based on the melodies and rhythms of speech.
