The Regenda Group and the University of Liverpool School of Environmental Sciences are partnering up with PLACED to deliver a new programme designed to inspire the next generation of place makers from the North West about the built environment.

Regenda Homes has been named the top Housing Association, and the second-best housing sector organisation, to work for by 24Housing following the release of the Best Companies results.

Last month the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, announced the consortium of organisations that has been commissioned to deliver Housing First in Manchester.

Regenda Homes will be hosting an ‘Internet of Things’ knowledge sharing conference on the morning of May 16th in our Liverpool office.

Music in Mind, a charity which uses music to aid public health and wellbeing, worked in partnership with Regenda Homes to film a variety of local people, from business owners and ex-trawlermen to school children, discussing the identity of Fleetwood.

We retained our three-star accreditation, the highest that Best Companies offers, which recognises ‘extraordinary’ levels of staff engagement. We also moved up one place on the list, improving upon last year where we came 7th.
