Community van to hit the road

M&Y Maintenance and Construction have donated a van from their fleet of vehicles to help community based projects in Liverpool.

M&Y, a subsidiary of the Regenda Group, carried out necessary repairs to the van and handed the keys to the Breckfield and North Everton Neighbourhood Council (BNENC).

Peel and The Regenda Group invest in the PRS market

PEEL Land and Property is to develop a residential tower within Liverpool Waters  for The Regenda Group, one of the region’s leading housing providers.

At around 85,000 sq ft, the multi-storey apartment block in Princes Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront will be built by Peel as the company’s first Private Rented Sector (PRS) development project and bought by Liverpool-based Regenda.

How the Petrus gift tag tree will provide much needed Christmas presents

Many children across Rochdale will receive little or nothing on Christmas morning. To help change that their names have been written on gift tags hanging from a special tree at the town’s Petrus People Community Store. So far the local homelessness charity, which is part of the Regenda Group, has put the names of more than 70 vulnerable children from low income families alongside the baubles on the gift tag tree.

 

Regenda Homes uses Guardian Angels to help keep residents safe

Regenda Homes is supporting a project which is distributing wristbands, key rings and badges to help residents who are diagnosed with dementia. The Guardian Angel devices help to trace the elderly and vulnerable who go missing from home.    
                  

Regenda's funding boost will make Fleetwood more healthy

Regenda Homes is involved in a partnership which has secured £50,000 in funding to help improve the health and wellbeing of the residents of Fleetwood. The money, from the DONG Energy Community Fund, will form part of a bigger project totalling more than £100,000 over the next two years.
