We are holding a recruitment day as part of the Regenda Group's relocation back to Liverpool.

The office move is expected to create vacancies in a variety of roles from housing officers to finance, customer service, HR and IT.      

The Group, which specialises in homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, plans to invest around £20m in new developments across Liverpool city centre over the next three years.

We’re pleased to say that our Director of Customer Services, Steve Blackburn has been nominated as a CIH Housing Hero.

Steve, who was nominated by his team, says: “I am really pleased but slightly embarrassed to have been nominated as I just come into work every day and work alongside my team to deliver the best service I can for our customers."

All the properties on a new Regenda Homes development in West Lancashire have been snapped up by residents who want to stay living in the area. The houses, at Burscough, were built to be offered to local people at affordable rent and all 12 were allocated even before construction work was finished.

Spring is in the air and it is a fresh start for Jeff and Pauline Roberts. The couple have become one of the first to move into Regenda Homes new development at Bramhall Mews in St Helens.  Mr and Mrs Roberts had been keen to downsize from their three bedroom home. When they saw Bramhall Mews under construction, they knew they had found just what they were looking for.

Regenda Homes supports a group of Community Wellbeing Apprentices who have a reputation for improving the local neighbourhood where they live.

Their latest project has not only changed the landscape but also created a lasting legacy of their hard work in Liverpool.
