It’s time for our STAR Customer Survey again and we’d like to know what you think about the service we provide to you.

Two couples who are expecting their first babies have become the first to move into a new housing development built to help keep local families together. A strict lettings policy ensured only applicants living in surrounding rural parishes were considered for the properties.

The Regenda Group is returning to its Liverpool roots to invest in property development across the city centre.  The Group has announced it plans to spend £20 million over the next three years, building on its reputation for delivering high quality housing and regeneration.    

High-rise flats have made way for new bungalows as part of an ambitious vision of regeneration in Wirral. The once towering Hillside Court in Tranmere has been transformed into a small development of contemporary two bedroom homes for affordable rent, helping to kickstart the wider redevelopment of the area.

The programme offers placements at companies such as Marks and Spencer and Carillion (construction) to name a few.

The programme, which we offer together with a national charity called Business in the CommuFindnity, has been a great success in the past, with two Regenda residents previously gaining full time employment at Liverpool hospital construction site and Marks and Spencer!

Local planners have unanimously approved the building of 135 new homes and £15m worth of investment at Limehurst village in Oldham.
The homes will be constructed as part of a 10 year regeneration programme being delivered by Regenda Homes in partnership with Oldham Council.
