Staff at St Helens-based M&Y Maintenance and Construction are celebrating a milestone in the company’s history. From humble beginnings 35 years ago, M&Y has expanded into a successful business, become part of the Regenda Group and now employs around 240 staff.  

Two teenagers from an award-winning community apprenticeship project are preparing to spend a week crewing a magnificent tall ship. Seventeen year-old Warren White and 18 year-old Daniel Loughran, who are part of Regenda Homes’ Community Wellbeing Apprenticeship scheme, will sail from Liverpool to Milford Haven in the annual Apprentice Ship Cup.

A Methodist minister has helped the Regenda Group to demolish his own church as part of a new rural housing development. Reverend Kevin Jones was delighted when planning permission was agreed to build the new homes, providing a new chapel and church hall was also constructed on the same site.
 

We are holding a recruitment day as part of the Regenda Group's relocation back to Liverpool.

The office move is expected to create vacancies in a variety of roles from housing officers to finance, customer service, HR and IT.      

The Group, which specialises in homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, plans to invest around £20m in new developments across Liverpool city centre over the next three years.
