If you are out of work and ready for a new challenge, we are looking for four Regenda residents to join the Ready for Work programme!

The programme offers placements at companies such as Marks and Spencer and Carillion (construction) to name a few.

The programme, which we offer together with a national charity called Business in the CommuFindnity, has been a great success in the past, with two Regenda residents previously gaining full time employment at Liverpool hospital construction site and Marks and Spencer!

Local planners have unanimously approved the building of 135 new homes and £15m worth of investment at Limehurst village in Oldham.
The homes will be constructed as part of a 10 year regeneration programme being delivered by Regenda Homes in partnership with Oldham Council.

Regenda Homes is distributing free winter warmer packs to help the elderly and most vulnerable.  We have received 100 packs from a generous supplier and a centre for the homeless in Tameside was among the first to receive theirs.   

A generous donation will equip a new generation of construction workers with the tools of their trade. 

St Helens-based M&Y Maintenance and Construction has given away new tools to be used by trainees who are busy learning a range of skills.

One of Regenda Homes project managers has won a top business award. Kevin Short won Employee of the Year in the Livercool Awards 2015. He is one of the leaders behind a successful Community Welbeing Apprentice scheme.  

 

The Regenda Group's communications team has won silver for Best Publication at a top PR industry awards ceremony.  The creative treatment of the Group's 2014 Performance Report was praised by the judges at the CIPR Pride Awards North West.
