From May, Regenda Homes will be contacting residents by text or email to ask opinions on our service.
This will replace many of our old paper surveys. Quicker and more convenient, the new surveys will ask for views on services just received (such as a repair) and will ask more general questions on how satisfied residents are with Regenda.
M&Y gets cooking on ambitious kitchen programme
Fitting a kitchen is a big job... installing 838 new kitchens calls for a small army of skilled trades people and a huge amount of planning.
So far M&Y Maintenance and Construction has completed 12 new kitchen makeovers as part of an ambitious programme of works which is scheduled to last almost a year.
15 new Regenda apprentices for award winning project
Meet a group of young people with a busy and exciting year ahead of them.
Following the award-winning success of the Regenda Group’s first Community Wellbeing Apprentices scheme, a second project has now been launched.
The 15 new apprentices will be supported and coached as they seek out career opportunities, study and take part in practical projects which benefit local communities across Liverpool.

We listened to feedback from residents, stakeholders and staff and went on a mission to create a new website which put the user at the centre of the design. We worked with Verse One Technologies to develop our new site, which is easy to navigate and makes it simple to find a home and manage services online.
