Following a significant rise in complaints about disrepair, the Housing Ombudsman has launched a Call For Evidence survey which gives social housing residents the opportunity to share their experiences of repairs and maintenance services.  

Starts at Home day is a national celebration of the value supported housing offers for vulnerable people. 

Gas Safety Week raises awareness of gas safety and the importance of looking after your gas appliances. It was created by the Gas Safe Register, the official list of gas engineers who are legally allowed to work on gas.

Our independent living scheme, Maritime View, has raised more than £568 for a local hospice Wirral hospice, St johns Clatterbridge.

In June, our Resident Voice Panel held their annual away day. The day was a great chance to come together in person for debate and discussion, and to welcome our two new  panel members, Paulina Pawlak and Trevor Hawitt.

Our Housing Officer and Caretakers took part in a muti agency Community Clean-up Day in Tameside on 22nd June. This was a joint initiative to tackle ongoing fly tipping issue within the area.
