Proposed stock transfer
We recently carried out a review of our properties in areas that are in remote locations from our offices and where we have small number of customers. This includes properties in Blackburn, Blackpool, Bolton, Bury, Chorley, Halton, Knowsley and Preston.
Following the review, we have decided to explore transferring a number of these properties to another registered housing provider.
We believe this will benefit our customers and allow Regenda Homes to focus on its core areas as a leading housing provider.
We have written to customers affected by the changes and will work closely with them throughout the process.
