The Regenda Group Talks Future Investment at Regen 2019

The annual Regen conference was held at Liverpool’s St. George’s Hall this year with The Regenda Group represented by guest speakers Martin Davies and Steph Harrison.

Having taken place on the 6th and 7th of November, the exhibition, conference and networking reception is now in its 6th year and sees a collection of construction, maintenance and engineering businesses from all over the country attend.

With more 50 exhibition stand, our stand was used to inform guests about the work we do in commercial property, building and regenerating homes as well as our role in education and charitable sectors.

Of the 24 speakers, Director of Development, Martin Davies, closed the first day of proceedings with his presentation on how The Regenda Group makes the physical act of regeneration work around the lives of exiting residents, with the developments in Fleetwood and Liverpool used as shining examples.

Martin also spoke about how our company aims to deliver better outcomes for local communities in all that we do. On the second day of the event Executive Director, Steph Harrison, spoke about the vision The Regenda Group has for the future; from our ambition to innovate and invest in people and places to our passion for raising aspirations and improving the lives of residents.

Steph was keen for businesses to partner with us to help create more opportunities and meet their own corporate and social responsibility goals. She hopes for an expansion of the skills we offer to include repairs and maintenance, construction, finance and hospitality.

Steph also spoke about how The Regenda Group would like to work employers to spend their levy providing more apprenticeships, traineeships and adult education short courses.
