Regenda Homes delivers festive food packages
Regenda Homes have delivered 102 packages of Christmas food items to its residents across Merseyside.
The festive food packages were put together by the team to help residents during the festive period, especially with many struggling to make ends meet.
We have provided the packages for five years, usually with the help of partner organisations, but this year Regenda Homes worked alone to ensure more of its residents benefited.
The packages included tinned meat, jam, a selection box, stuffing mix, potatoes and other vegetables.
Gary Holmes, Housing Officer at Regenda Homes, said: “Christmas can be a difficult period for many of our residents and so we deliver these food packages to help people during the festive period.
“It was great to deliver the packages to our residents and spend a little bit of time catching up with them and wishing them all the best for Christmas and the New Year.”
The packages were funded through Regenda Homes’ Neighbourhood Action Plan budget.
