Regenda Homes hits new heights thanks to staff wellbeing
Regenda Homes has been named the top Housing Association and second-best housing sector organisation to work for by 24Housing following the release of the Best Companies results.
More than 9,500 employees across the sector gave their views on how they feel at work through the survey, with 85% of Regenda Homes staff responding. The result means that we have retained our three-star status and moved up to second in the list of housing organisations.
Regenda Homes was praised for its staff communication and personal development programmes, along with its health, wellbeing and charitable initiatives.
Ian Warren, Director of People Services, said: “We are delighted to be recognised for creating a positive working environment and helping our people to grow and develop.
“We will now be looking at the responses to the survey and engaging with our people in order to reach top spot next year.”
