Our services are back open as normal from today and we wanted to give you a reminder of some of the best ways you can get in touch with us.

There are forms live on our website where you can let us know if you have a specific query or issue.

Portal

To report non-emergency repairs, book/change/cancel a repair appointment, pay your rent, check your rent balance, set up a Direct Debit and update your personal details.

Use Web Chat for general enquiries and non-urgent repairs.   

It's a fast and simple way to message us and it is available on our website from Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 3.30pm.

Emails are monitored Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

We are currently experiencing a high demand for services, which means there can be a longer wait times on our phone lines.
We've extended our opening hours in our contact centre so we're now taking calls from 8am - 6pm to get back to as many people as we can. We know it's frustrating when you can't get to us and we're committed to giving you as many ways as possible to get in touch with us.
