Resident Involvement - Wrapped!
At Regenda, it's important that your voice, and the voice of all residents, helps us make sure that the service we deliver is what you want and need.
We've totted up all the time and effort you gave this year to give us feedback.
From the start to the end of 2025, residents volunteered over 1,138 hours of their time to share their feedback and help us to improve.
That is equal to:
- 84 activities – from our Resident Voice Panel meetings to training opportunities. These sessions are done online sessions and in-person. (You can see what opportunities are coming up soon, here. This link will open in a new window.)
- 23 policies and strategies that have been shaped by YOU! These include Temporary Accommodation, Communications and our latest Customer Service training.
- 56 “You Said, We Did” (including “You Said, We’re Doing” and “You Said, We Couldn’t Because…”) - That means we have logged 56 of your suggestions to make real changes in the way things work at Regenda. (You can look at all of our You Said, We Dids, here. This link will open in a new window.)
From how we look after our homes to how we communicate, you have helped us make changes that matter to you and our communities.
If you answered a survey, came to an event or left a comment, complaint or compliment – thank you. Your voice is the most important in making changes and doing things better.
