Saying thank you – Our Customer Awards
Last week, we got together with residents from across our regions to say a big thank you.
We know that we are nothing without our customers and we're so grateful for all of the support you give to your local communities, and to us, to improve our services and make the places we live a nicer place to be. Our Customer Voice Awards were a nod to how customers have helped improve services, strengthen neighbourhoods and make change. We got together at the beautiful Sefton Park Palm House to celebrate, from amazing magazine contributions to people bringing local people together.
The highlight of the day
The highlight of the day was our Customer Voice Awards ceremony. The categories recognised a wide range of contributions, including:
- Participation Champion
- Special Community Awards (Regional)
- Scrutiny Star
- Voice of Residents
- Community Spirit Award
- Warm Welcome Award
- Commitment to Growth Award
- Enthusiastic Contributor
- Constructive Voice
- Star Contributor to Belong.
Each award showed the ways our customers give time, share their voices and support others.
Looking ahead
After the awards, our staff and customers joined in an exercise led by Citizens UK. We talked about what makes home feel safe, what makes us feel heard and how Regenda could do better to do those things.
