The Regenda Group subsidiaries nominated for Best Partnership Award
M&Y Maintenance and Construction and Redwing, both part of The Regenda Group, have been shortlisted in the Best Partnership category at the prestigious First Time Buyer Awards 2020.

The nomination centred around the partnership between M&Y, based in St. Helens, and Redwing, a Liverpool-based property company that provides homes for private rent, shared ownership and outright sale.
This exciting new award celebrates a collaboration of two or more companies who have worked together to deliver both quality and affordable homes for first time buyers highlights best practice of partnerships working within the housing sector.
M&Y and Redwing have a strong history of partnership in housing, with projects that include Bluebrook, a development of 19 family homes for outright sale and shared ownership in Hambleton, Wyre; Pavilion Point, a boutique selection of 14 apartments available through shared ownership in Aigburth, Liverpool, and Lister Gardens, Liverpool, a stunning development of 20 apartment, built for shared ownership. All developments have been constructed by M&Y and sold by Redwing.
The partnership between M&Y and Redwing is set to continue too, with exciting new developments planned in Liverpool, St Helens and Cheshire, designed to make home ownership more accessible to all.
