Liv scoops bronze at the UK Contact Centre Awards

The UK Contact Centre Awards celebrate the very best of contact centres from across the whole of the UK, recognising the incredible work of individuals and teams.

This year's awards ceremony saw winning entries from international companies such as Vodafone, Virgin Media and Hitachi and large brands such as BT, Bupa and EE. It also saw our very own Olivia OHare, Customer Service Team Leader, receive the bronze award for Team Manager of the Year. 

Olivia (Liv) started her Regenda journey in 2016, quickly progressing up the ranks thanks to her excellent team work and calmness under pressure. Always customer focused with first call resolution at the front of her mind, Liv strives to provide the best possible to service to our customers and has built great working relationships with colleagues from across the Group.

Chris Long, Customer Services Manager, said: "I am so proud of Liv’s achievement at the UK Contact Centre Awards. To say it is well deserved is an understatement – Liv, like all staff within our Customer Services Centre, is dedicated to supporting residents and delivering a first class service. I’m delighted she is bringing an award back to Regenda!"
