What to do if you have an emergency repair over Christmas
Our phone lines close for Christmas at 5pm on Friday 22nd December and will reopen at 8am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
If you have an emergency repair during this time, please call 0344 736 0066. An emergency repair is:
- A total loss of power
- A total loss of heating
- A total loss of hot water
- A security risk (such as a smashed ground floor window or an external door that won’t close)
- A wall or ceiling that has collapsed
As our offices are closed, staff are not available during this time. If you need to report a non-urgent repair, check the status of a repair, check your rent balance or make a payment, you can do this and more on the My Regenda Homes portal. Visit https://www.regenda.org.uk/myregendahomes
