Working with partners to tackle anti-social behaviour

Regenda Homes logo

Regenda Homes works closely with partners across the North West to ensure that all of our communities are kept safe. We always to try resolve any anti-social behaviour first, supporting residents to sustain their tenancy and to get help from other agencies where needed. However, when required, we will work with our partners to take legal action when anti-social behaviour continues, including where this endangers others through breaking Covid-19 restrictions.

Working with Greater Manchester Police, we recently secured a two year Civil Injunction against a property in Limehurst, Oldham, following ongoing anti-social behaviour. The Injunction has a power of arrest attached and restricts the numbers of people allowed at the property. It also allows Greater Manchester Police to take further action if needed.

Thank you to the Limehurst community for reporting incidents of anti-social behoviour to us and to Greater Manchester Police and other partners for supporting this action to protect our neighbourhoods.

Bill Lovat, Regional Director at Regenda Homes, said: “Making sure our residents are safe is important to all of us. We will not tolerate anti-social behaviour that disrupts our communities and we will work with our partners to take action whenever needed.”
