Regeneration and Place Manager

Chris is a well-known and well respected sector leader in Regeneration.  For over 20 years he has been developing and delivering regeneration approaches across the public, private and voluntary sectors.   A chartered Town Planner Chris combines his understanding of place with development economics and a people centred approach to innovate and adapt new thinking and delivery.

Beckie has developed her career in housing, progressing via a number of roles in Regenda to her current position.  Caring passionately about people she is well respected and trusted amongst the individuals and communities she works with. 

Beckie excels at securing grant funding for community groups, helping them to expand their capacity and reach.  A proven solution provider she manages a range of community projects as part of the wider 10 year Limehurst Vision project.

Tracy MacPhee

Tracy has developed her career working in organisations with strong values and with a strong work ethos.  She is committed to engaging and empowering individuals, supporting them to realise and achieve their own potential.

She is passionate about asset based community development and developing effective local partnerships with value based organisations.  An excellent researcher and project manager Tracy is the day-to-day lead for the 10 year Fleetwood Vision project.  She is committed to creating opportunities that enable clients and communities to effect long term transformational change and build sustainable communities.

Joe Simpson

Regeneration and Employment Officer (Merseyside)

Joe is great example of someone who goes the extra mile for clients and residents.  With a well rounded career that has progressed into this her current role, she brings new thinking and innovation into the Team

Employment, skills and training are Joe’s forte and is Regenda’s in house expert on these issues.  A thought leader in her field she is able to combine strategic thinking with individual resident focus.
