Code of Governance
We follow the National Housing Federation’s Code of Governance and Code of Conduct.
This code is seen as a good example of how to do things properly. It’s been praised by the Regulator of Social Housing, the Committee on Standards in Public Life, and the Commission for Good Governance in Public Services.
The code helps our board understand how to behave and make good decisions. It sets clear rules for strong and fair leadership.
Each year, we check if we’re following the code. If we’re not, we explain why in our financial report. We also share a report with the N&R Committee to show where we’re doing well and where we need to improve.
