Easy Ways to Pay: Regenda Homes Launches New Automated Payment Line

We have launched our new automated payment service, allowing you to call us to find out your rent balance and make a payment without needing to speak to an advisor.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, meaning you can pay your rent at any time of the day, whenever it suits you.

Simply call us on 0344 736 0066, select option 3 to 'Make a Rent Payment' and then select option 1 "Automated Payment Line" and follow the instructions. You will need your rent account number to pay your rent this way.

Don't worry, you can still pay your rent in all the usual ways:

Direct Debit
The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit. Simply contact us to set up a direct debit and your rent will automatically be taken from your bank account either weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.

You can set up your Direct Debit by registering for a My Regenda Homes account here: https://www.regenda.org.uk/register.

Standing Order
Set up a Standing Order through your bank or by filling out a Standing Order form. Please make sure you quote your tenancy reference number on all standing order payments.

Payzone
You can take your payment card to any Payzone outlet near you and pay your rent by cash, debit or credit card.

Online
You can pay your rent online by registering for a My Regenda Homes account. Click here to register - https://www.regenda.org.uk/register.

Phone
You can pay over the phone using your debit or credit card. To make a payment call customers services on 0344 736 0066 between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Cheque
Make cheques payable to Regenda Ltd and write your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back. Please post to: Regenda Ltd, The Foundry, 42 Henry Street, Liverpool, L1 5AY.

We would also like to remind our residents that if you need financial advice or support, we can help. Our dedicated Financial Support Officers offer free, impartial advice and help to residents.

In 2019/20, we helped 1,200 Regenda residents secure an additional £1.5 million in benefits and grants. This was money that they did not know they were entitled to and was used to improve lives and sustain tenancies.
