Regenda Homes gives residents chance to get involved
Regenda Homes is looking for volunteers who want to meet new people, are looking for experience to add to their CV to help find work, or those who think they can help us improve. There are plenty of volunteer roles to choose from.
From customer inspectors, mystery shoppers or joining the complaints panel, resident feedback really does make a difference.
Customer Inspectors
A customer inspector helps to check that we are delivering on what we promise. It's a hands-on role which gets people out and about, perfect if they are quite active or looking to meet new people.
The inspector may be looking at repairs that have been carried out, ringing residents to find out about their experiences or inspecting communal areas to see if they meet our standards.
We will provide training and support, so the role can be carried out effectively and with confidence. Each time a customer inspector does some work for us, they'll receive a £10 shopping voucher!
No qualifications or previous experience is necessary. Ideally candidates will have good organisational skills, good attention to detail, and be able to express their views clearly.
Mystery shoppers
A mystery shopper helps to check that we are delivering on what we promise and can be done from the comfort of their own home!
Whenever a mystery shopper contacts us, all we ask is that they complete a short survey that will tell us about their experience. Simple!
It's a great way to get involved with Regenda and have a say on our service. Not only that, each time an inspection is completed, the shopper will be entered in to a monthly prize draw to win £20 of Love to Shop vouchers!
Complaints panel
Members of our complaints panel help to review our customer complaints and have a say in how we make things better. They look at our performance, review case studies, and make suggestions on how we can make improvements to our service. This role is perfect for those looking to improve their communication skills or develop experience in problem solving.
