Regenda Homes named as Top 5 Housing Provider by Housing Digital
Regenda Homes are proud to announce that we have been named as a Top 5 Housing Provider by Housing Digital.
The recognition comes in a year where the need for good digital capabilities and reliable technological infrastructure became paramount.
The 30-strong shortlist was compiled from submissions all over the country. The list celebrates housing providers who “through thoughtful engagement with technology, reacted and responded to the challenges of the pandemic so they could continue to meet the needs of their tenants.”
With 22 projects identified in our digital strategy and a further 40 in our ICT strategy, we are now in a strong position to support both our staff and our residents better than ever before.
Digital Housing judges said: “Regenda Homes made excellent use of statistics and figures to back up their entry and have clearly shown how their digital journey has increased customer engagement resulting in higher tenant satisfaction and an increase in online payments.”
Over 40% of our residents now have a My Regenda Homes online portal account, which was launched two years ago, the result of which have seen a 30% reduction in telephone calls and improved customer satisfaction levels.
Leading many of the digital projects is Colin Inkson, Programme Review Manager, who said: “It’s fantastic to be named a Top 5 Digital Housing Provider and receive such external recognition as it validates the transformational work we’re doing.
Our priority is to deliver excellent customer service to our residents, be it through digital or other channels, and I’m looking forward to continuing our digital journey into 2021 and beyond.”
Future digital plans for Regenda Homes include launching a digital sign-up process and a self-service arrears arrangement module.
