Help shape how we put things right

Sometimes things go wrong, and when they do, we want to make sure we put things right in a fair and clear way.
We’re reviewing our Discretionary Compensation Policy - this is the policy we use to decide when and how we offer compensation if we’ve made a mistake.
We want to hear from Regenda residents to help us make sure the policy:

  • Is fair and easy to understand
  • Clearly explains what residents can expect
  • Matches guidance from the Housing Ombudsman

What’s this consultation about?
We’re looking at proposed changes to our Discretionary Compensation Policy, including:

  • How we decide when compensation should be offered
  • Whether the amounts are fair and reasonable
  • How clear and open the policy is for residents.

By coming along, you'll get:

  • A £25 Love2Shop voucher
  • Travel expenses provided with a valid receipt
  • Your feedback will help shape the final policy before it’s approved.

To RSVP please email getinvolved@regenda.org.uk - we hope we'll see you there.
