Help shape how we put things right

Sometimes things go wrong, and when they do, we want to make sure we put things right in a fair and clear way.
We’re reviewing our Discretionary Compensation Policy - this is the policy we use to decide when and how we offer compensation if we’ve made a mistake.
We want to hear from Regenda residents to help us make sure the policy:

Is fair and easy to understand
Clearly explains what residents can expect
Matches guidance from the Housing Ombudsman

What’s this consultation about?
We’re looking at proposed changes to our Discretionary Compensation Policy, including:

How we decide when compensation should be offered
Whether the amounts are fair and reasonable
How clear and open the policy is for residents.
