Details
We’re taking a detailed look at our communications around follow‑up repairs, and this is your chance to lead the scrutiny, ask the important questions, and help us understand what’s working and what needs to change.
This isn’t a consultation, it’s your investigation, with us stepping back and you taking the driving seat.
Before the session, we’ll send you all the papers, data and information you’ll need to prepare.
On the morning, we’ll give a clear overview of the day, including the types of questions you may want to explore, as well as some training on what a scrutiny review involves.
You’ll then take the lead in reviewing:
- A short presentation
- A Q&A with our operatives and other staff members
- Live call‑handling examples to listen to in action
To recognise your involvement, you’ll receive:
- A light lunch
- Travel expenses provided with a valid receipt
- A £50 Love2Shop voucher
Places are limited, so if you’d like to attend, please email getinvolved@regenda.org.uk.
